TenBucks Mobile (Pty) Ltd is committed to transparent data practices and responsible management of user information within the FIZZOG mobile application. This statement explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how users retain control over their personal information.

1.Data Collected by the Application

User Profile Information

Users may voluntarily provide:

  • ·Professional information and employment history
  • ·CV documents
  • ·Profile photographs and video

This information enables candidates to present professional profiles to employers.

Device and Usage Information

The App may automatically collect limited technical information including device type, operating system version, app performance data, and crash logs. This data helps maintain platform stability and improve performance.

Payment Information

Certain features within the App may require payment. Payments are processed through official platform billing systems provided by Apple and Google. TenBucks Mobile does not store or process credit card details directly.

2.Purpose of Data Use

Information collected within the App is used solely for legitimate operational purposes, including:

  • ·Enabling candidate profile visibility
  • ·Enabling employers to review and download CVs
  • ·Processing digital purchases
  • ·Improving application performance
  • ·Maintaining platform security

3.Data Sharing Practices

TenBucks Mobile does not sell personal user data. Data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

Platform Functionality

Certain services may require integration with trusted third-party technology providers such as cloud storage providers, analytics services, and advertising platforms. Examples may include Supabase and Google AdMob. These providers process data only to the extent required to deliver their services.

4.Advertising Transparency

The App may display advertisements. Advertising technology may use limited device identifiers to display relevant advertising and measure advertisement performance. Users may control advertising preferences through their device privacy settings.

5.Artificial Intelligence Image Processing

The App provides an optional Professional Photo Enhancement feature. If a user selects this feature:

  • ·The uploaded image may be processed using artificial intelligence technologies
  • ·Image data may be temporarily transmitted to external image processing services
  • ·The enhanced image is returned to the user

Image processing occurs only when initiated by the user.

6.User Control Over Personal Data

Users maintain control over their information through the ability to edit profile information, update uploaded images or CV documents, and request account deletion. Users may also contact support@fizzog.co.za to request access to their personal information or request deletion.

7.Data Deletion and Retention

Users may delete their account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, user profiles are removed, uploaded documents are deleted, and associated personal information is removed from active systems. Certain limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance or fraud prevention.

8.Age Restrictions

The App is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.

9.Commitment to Privacy

TenBucks Mobile is committed to responsible data management practices and compliance with applicable privacy laws including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We continuously review our policies and technical safeguards to ensure responsible handling of user data.
