FIZZOG is a digital platform allowing:

• ·Candidates to present professional profiles, video, and CVs
• ·Employers to review candidate profiles, video, and download CVs

The App does not facilitate direct messaging between candidates and employers within the platform.

Users must:

• ·Be at least 18 years old
• ·Provide accurate information
• ·Comply with applicable laws

Candidates agree to:

• ·Provide truthful information
• ·Upload professional images, video, and documents
• ·Avoid uploading sensitive personal information unrelated to employment

Employers must:

• ·Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes
• ·Comply with applicable employment and privacy laws
• ·Avoid misuse of downloaded CV information

Users may not:

• ·Upload unlawful or discriminatory content
• ·Harass or intimidate other users
• ·Misuse personal information obtained through the platform
• ·Attempt to disrupt or manipulate the platform

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

To maintain a professional environment, users must:

• ·Conduct themselves respectfully
• ·Avoid discriminatory recruitment practices
• ·Maintain professional standards when interacting with platform content

Certain features may require payment, including profile promotion, professional photo enhancement, and other digital services. Payments are processed through the official in-app purchasing systems of Apple and Google.

Purchases made through the App are processed through platform payment systems. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. TenBucks Mobile does not directly process payment refunds.

The App may display advertisements from approved partners. Advertising helps support platform operation and may appear during user interaction with content.

All intellectual property relating to the App, including the FIZZOG brand, software, and design, remains the property of TenBucks Mobile (Pty) Ltd. Users may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.

TenBucks Mobile does not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate suitability, or employer legitimacy. Users access the platform at their own risk.

TenBucks Mobile may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
